Scriberocket is an online platform that provides automated transcription services, converting audio and video recordings into text using artificial intelligence and speech recognition technologies.

The Service may include:

• Audio transcription
• Video transcription
• Transcript editing
• Downloadable transcripts
• Related AI-powered features

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Certain features require registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized account use

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You represent that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The Service uses automated speech recognition and artificial intelligence technologies. While we strive for high accuracy, transcriptions may contain errors. Accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, accents, background noise, recording conditions, and technical vocabulary.

You are responsible for reviewing transcripts before relying on them for professional, legal, medical, or business purposes. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal or unlawful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Upload recordings without proper consent
• Distribute malicious software
• Attempt to disrupt the Service
• Access the platform using automated scraping tools
• Abuse or overload system resources

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Some features may require payment. Subscriptions may include monthly or annual billing cycles, automatic renewal, and usage-based pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Fees do not include taxes, which may apply depending on your jurisdiction. If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended.

All rights to the Service — including software, algorithms, trademarks, design, and platform infrastructure — remain the exclusive property of MINDATEQ Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to the Service.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may experience maintenance periods, updates or upgrades, and temporary outages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated transcripts. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, your use poses security risks, or payment obligations are not fulfilled. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
